I do like JC Penney as they’re organized, the prices are reasonable and they mostly have the sizes I need. I’m a big boy and so when I was looking for another pair of black slacks for this week (my trip was extended), I headed to Riverchase and JCPenney. While the shop was very nice and they had lots of good stuff I would ordinarily be interested in, they did not have a pair of slacks in my size.
