Knox came to do my pest control, did not spray the entire house. Obviously I still had problems two weeks later and called to have them come back out. No response or call back til I called the following week. They said they tried to get on touch with me, but obviously not considering I’m the one with the problem and wanted to hear from them. Finally someone new called to schedule, well I had to cancel due to my child becoming ill. I was supposed to be called back the following week to spray, mind you now its already time for the second month has come and now gone with no spraying been done. I have a three month contract which they bound me too. What horrible customer device and I still have my bug problems.
