Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

Okay… it’s good. So good. Who doesn’t love a hot doughnut? The wait is a little long but the quality is amazing. They are melt in your mouth good! I have never had a problem coming here other than the wait. They are are very busy location which means you may wait up to 10 or so minutes to get a doughnut. But it is totally worth it.

They were training a bunch of new people today; hit and miss on quality and availability of product. What they did have was mostly good, but on a busy Saturday, I expect the full line and top quality — guess we need a zero. Same idiots, more experience, same rotten quality

I am not going to comment on Krispy Kreme itself. Unless you are from another planet (or country), you’ve probably already established yourself as a lover or hater of these donuts. Personally, I love them and this location is pretty good.
MOSTLY HITS, A FEW MISSES. For the most part I’ve had great experiences at this location. However, on the last occasion, the employee getting the donuts decided to use his hands and a piece of plastic wrapper to pick up the donuts and put them into the box. I don’t want your hands on my donuts, the tongs are laying right next to you for a reason, so why don’t you use them?
NOT GLAZED RIGHT. On the recent occasion, I got a dozen original glazed and they did not have the usual glaze shine that they always do. I’ve asked what’s going on, the cashier told me that they made the glaze too thick by mistake. Allright, I guess mistakes happen, but shouldn’t you give customers a discount for your mistakes?
SOMEWHAT CLEAN. The good news is, you can almost always find a table that is clean. The bad news, there are way too many dirty ones around at any given moment. I don’t appreciate it.

I have loved Kripsy Kreme. But lately I’ve noticed a change in the flavor. It tastes like the grease is old. I noticed that a couple of weeks ago when I had one at work that had been brought in for a meeting — I took two bites then threw it away. I thought it was just a bad batch. Today I took a coupon and got a dozen cream-​filled and a dozen glazed. Again, old grease flavor. (The lack of cream filling has come to be usual, so I’ll only mention it in passing.) I fear my favorite doughnut place had become not so favorite.

What else can i say, HOT FRESH doughnuts!!! have been here many times for friday pick me up for the group. Always melt in your mouth goodness… staff is ok at best. but really, do you come here for the staff? ahh NO, you come here for the smack your momma goodness of a hot fresh doughnut!

Every other Wednesday we get donuts for our employees. The past 3 times we’ve gotten donuts (more than a dozen each time) there is hardly any cream in the cream filled donuts. It’s less and less each time. This time there was only about a dime to nickel sized amount. There was a hole that I could clearly see into the donut and no filling until I got to the other side. Also the cream is kinda runny and not fluffy like it used to be. Feeling disappointed.

Very good! We like this location with seating and more variety. The brownie batter doughnut was wonderful. The glazed version melts in your mouth when hot. The powdered sugar with chocolate crème filled is very good. Everything is always good!

If you have never been to or tasted a Krispy Kreme, you have missed it! We introduced our daughter to them this trip! She is hooked. It is the vanilla in the frosting! Wow! It melts in your mouth goodness! My wife likes the cream filled, chocolate dipped donuts. I’m more partial to just plain glazed. Daughter is partial to a glazed, and a a chocolate dipped donuts. Cleanliness is 5/​5, service is ⁵⁄₅. Wish they were in Abilene. Until then, Krispy Kreme is a stop sign in my family.

Saturday about 4pm I pulled into the drive thru for 3 dozen glazed… and was told they were out of doughnuts… I asked how long before they have some ready and was told after 8pm…
no other explanation was offered…
this place is sinking…
I didnt know what to say after all this is a doughnut shop???

Nothing compares to the HOT NOW sign being on… you know you’re about to get an amazingly great original glazed doughnut!
Every now and then I crave this sweet treat. I know its going to be great, it’s a classic, and its always under $ 1

Hot sign is on…

There is nothing better than a Krispy Kreme doughnut, especially when the hot sign is on.

Oh dear goodness, please come here! You can get fresh ooey gooey doughnuts that literally melt in your mouth. My mouth is watering right now. It’s in a great location with tons of stuff around to do. A couple of my favorites include the $ 1.50 Carmike Cinema over on Lorna and The Galleria Mall. I love consuming these calories. It’s one of those big branches, too, where you can stand and watch the employees and huge machines craft up these delights. It’s hard to pass this place up when the «HOT» sign is on!

WOW! What a treat this place is. Warm, fresh doughnuts. Nothing else needs to be said.

I’ve decided that Krispy Kreme is where sugar is born. These doughnuts are insanely tasty, and probably the worst thing for a person on the entire planet — that’s with eating pure sticks of butter and bobbing for country fried steak in gravy on the same list. But it stands to reason that the worst thing for your body would be addictively delicious. So for those of you lucky enough to have a KK in your vicinity, or even a reasonable distance away (my friends and I would make trips to Montgomery 45 mins away JUST to get KKs), ya gotta drop in on ‘em — ESPECIALLY when that «Hot Doughnuts Now» light is a-​blinkin’. And this particular location seems to have that light on more than any other KK. I’m sure that’s totally inaccurate, but the eyes see what they want to see… lol. I will say, though, that this one’s pretty clean, is open ²⁴⁄₇ (ROK ON), and has a creepy-​in-​the-​wee-​hours factor of «0» («1» being, well, the Roebuck location — a little sketched-​out…). And you can watch the doughnuts being made as you eat 1 or 12. Entertainment and blood-​glucose troubles, all in the same outing — Huzzah!
So yeah, keep an eye on that «HDN» light — and then descend upon them. Excellence…

Excellent Doughnut shop. They have the huge doughnut machine working 24/​7, which allows you to get the glazed doughnuts, hot and fresh. They have 2 drive-​thrus, so you don’t have to get out of your car in the morning.
