Just a nice experience. Took my son for a little father son time. Super friendly staff and a clean enough bait shop. Several garbage cans on the trails around the lake to help keep it all clean. They offer boat rentals. The lake does not allow for private boats, kayaks, or swimming. We didn’t catch anything at all but they have tons of pictures of huge fish being caught recently. This place is exactly what I wanted. Quite. Clean. Beautiful! So close to Birmingham don’t miss out.
