Welp, I had a problem with my washer that I bought and I explained to Lewis what happened and he has done his best to make sure my needs were meet. If only every business took this approach then the world would truly be a better place. Lewis Appliances is a very reasonable place to buy your home appliances. I couldn’t be any more happier with how they make sure your satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend them. Thanks, from another satisfied customer.

Is it possible to give a negative star? If so, they get a –5 stars from me. I’ve been in customer service of one sort or another for 30 years, and I’ve never been so displeased with a business. I went to the Pelham store, and they couldn’t be bothered with greeting me when I walked in to shop, barely acknowledged me while I was walking around, and were very grudging about answering any questions I had about the stock on their showroom. They had a washer which interested me, but did not have a dryer of the same brand or quality — and refused to call the other store to see what they had on the floor, even when I emphasized that I was willing to buy it sight unseen for delivery the following week. I looked for other used appliance stores in the area and found Westwood Appliances in Forestdale. Not only is Westwood’s customer service a million times better, but they also have better prices — and Westwood’s delivery guy is awesome! Westwood also said that their warranty is 90 days, but they will work with customers on repair /replacement even outside of warranty if they can. Skip Lewie’s and go straight to Westwood Appliances.

Customer service is terrible. Items looked good but the lack of eye contact or interaction in an empty store told me I wasn’t a worthy customer. We weren’t even greeted by the folks at the desk as we walked past them. Why should I support this business?
