Lowe’s of Trussville

Employees here know there products information well since we’re not good about household items. Ricky was professional in helping us pick out the right handles and knobs for the kitchen cabinets. One of the employees recommend a certain paint to used since I thought all paint were the same type. Would definitely come here again for outstanding service and for helpful advice.

I’m addicted to home improvements. Lowe’s has always been helpful in making my visions come true. Helpful staff. Quick service and delivery.

The garden selection has a variety better than Home Depot, but inferior to local family nurseries.
Under normal circumstances I would normally drive to a local family run nursery if practical. However, if faced with a choice between Home Depot and Lowe’s, I would choose Lowe’s. (if I’m looking for plants)
The prices run about the same. They both have a 10% military discount. They are both about the same size. They are both located within a mile or two of each other. Ive had nothing but good customer service at both places.
I its A-​ok because its very generic. If there were anything I could deduct points for, it would be the Birmingham address. I feel that the city of Birmingham is run like a garbage heap, and I don’t want to pay anymore tax dollars that they will receive. I want my sales tax to go to Trussville, where they actually care about the best interest of citizens.
So shop here or don’t shop here, it won’t be good and it won’t be bad. Its Lowes.
