Nail World II

I started coming here in late November 2015. I had a good experience the first time and the 3^rd time. I was asked who did my nails as they looked bad and told the mgr and he said he’ll get me a better person next time. I showed up and he gave me the same bad person. I thought he would remember me as we had a great chat when I came in for a fix. But I am one of those optimistics so I came back again. The guy the mgr gave me to again (3^rd time) cut me up so badly I think he needs glasses. My nails didnt last two weeks and I was charged by them for taking off the bad nails and redoing them. Sigh. I had a better person this time. But I hate being just a number. I don’t care for the staff speaking Vietnamese to each other and not engagimg in their clients. I also got my eyebrows waxed and the lady was so fast she left wax on me and lashes on my brow. I was bleeding and she said I had a crease in my forehead… don’t get that. I am looking for a new place. My fault for coming back.

I love it. I have had nail service performed all over the world. They are prompt, courteous, and customer satisfaction is a priority. I love how convenient it is. If you live in Mountain Brook, Homewood or even further away. There location is close to 280 and Montgomery Hwy. Literally right there! They have several service providers. The menu if services they offer is vast. I love the waterfall and the music. The hand scrub they have available for use and purchase is awesome. I love Nail World 2 and you will too.

Absolutely the best nail service in town. Busy on Saturdays, but worth the wait. I can vouch for the pedicure, acrylic, and fill-​in services. Polite, thorough work and very reasonable prices. Ask for Shu — he does impeccable work!

Holy cow I love this place! I’ve been to a few places around Birmingham and most nail salons give ok service, but I felt like Nail World went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is my new go-​to place.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had in Birmingham. They take their time, but it’s also quick. I popped in for a pedicure but I only had about an hour. I was in and out within that time, yet I didn’t feel like I got short-​changed. Lots of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. Very friendly staff who were talking to an interacting with customers — but not too much so that you couldn’t enjoy the relaxation. I definitely will be back!

It seems there is a nail salon on every corner but Nail World II is by far my favorite. They have recently expanded so you never have to wait for any service (except maybe a busy saturday). They are even open on Sunday starting at 1, which is hard to find. Staff is friendly and fast and they do a great job. Polish selection is above average. I have never been disappointed with my experience here! The only reason I would not give them 5 stars is that you cannot add a tip to your credit card — so be prepared with a little cash if you are paying with plastic!
