Stupid smart car had a battery died they did a battery check in electronic check into care of me immediately because I was in a rush Elgerand and James are awesomeness

Many issues with this place, I’ll start with the most serious.
I took my car in to check a wobble in the steering wheel and get my oil changed. They fixed the wobble, it was much more serious than I thought, but they took care of it, got some new tires, an alignment and rotation.
But I don’t think they changed my oil. Not even two months later, I noticed my windshield washer fluid was empty. I hadn’t used it since getting the «oil changed» and they claim to have a «multi-​point» inspection in which they check fluid levels, with this included. Ok so I thought maybe they missed that, I went and bought new washer fluid on my own.
Then, two weeks later, my car started over heating when the A/​C was on. The coolant was empty. Ok maybe there is a leak.
I took it to another place and they tell me that there is no leak. And the oil needs to be changed.
I just drove my car for two months thinking I had an oil change, and fluid level check, when in actuality none of it got done. I traveled twice, so fortunately none of the problems started happening until I got back, or I could have been stuck on the side of the interstate in the middle of no where with a broken car on the way to my meetings. The result of their failure to change my oil when I paid for it, and they claimed to do it, was an extra chunk of change from my wallet, and a nearly broken car.
If you do choose to go here, before you pay for your services, get them to show you the details, not read them to you. If they read you the details of your receipt they omit little things you may have told them to skip. Like that waste of money «fuel enhancer». They asked if I wanted this. I said no, and yet it still appeared on my receipt after paying, but somehow did not show up on the receipt when they were reading it to us. So we paid for fuel enhancer we asked not to get.
I could look past that – once, as I know many car places try to cram extra charges down your throat, but not changing the oil? That’s unforgiveable.
Go to this place at your own risk, and at the risk of your car.
