I really wish I could give them a better rating. They have a good supply of reclaimed lumber and the guys there were very knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately that ended at that point. I was told it would take a couple of days to cut the lumber I purchased for a project so I arranged to take off work early and trek out the to pick it up. When I arrived the lumber was not ready so they cut it while I waited. It took them 5 — 10 minutes tops. Why they couldn’t cut it when I was there originally I don’t know, but these things happen and I can overlook it. What happened next is not so easy to forget. The following day my card was debited the agreed upon amount and I thought I was done. Until the very next day I see that the put the charge through again and there was a hold placed on my card. I called immediately and talked to a lady in accounting and she said that they would cancel that and ensure that I would not be double charged. A week later, no reversal so I called again and left a message. Unfortunately I did not receive a return call so I had to put a claim into my bank which are now trying to resolve the issue. It has been over a month that the bank is trying to get this resolved and they still have not been a resolve this either. Luckily the bank credited my account for the amount temporarily but this whole situation is just plain stupid and not necessary and extremely frustrating. I waited a month to put in a review as I was hoping for a resolution because these things happen. It was the lack of response to remedy the problem which is the worrying and ultimately resulted in the bad rating.
