After spending $ 344 I make the difficult decision 2 days later to go back & have my fur baby euthanized.
Dr Diguez was charging me $ 95 to euthanize a 24lb jack. What?! 2 days after all that $$$ & now WORTHLESS meds, & specialty canned food. So he offers a measly $ 20 discount. Nice! how generous & understanding. Way to care about a suffering human & animal & take full financial advantage of a painful situation. I plan on telling everyone I see about this disgusting behavoir.

Incompetent staff. Brought my cat in for a bath/​nail trim/​ear cleaning. Was told she was ready, and I was charged for all of the above. When I picked her up, her nails weren’t trimmed and her ears were not cleaned. Had to go back TWICE after I realized the staff had not done the job they charged me for. What a waste of my time.
