My car was one of many wounded in action during Snowmageddon. The car was still drivable, but had incurred some cosmetic damage. After a couple of months of waiting on the other party and the insurance company, I was given the go ahead to choose a collision center for repairs. My vehicle was purchased at Med Center Mazda, and Roebuck Collision is the body shop partner for that dealership. After letting the insurance company know that Roebuck was my choice, Pat called me to make arrangements before I had the chance to call them myself. There was a slight glitch on the part of the car rental company that kept the drop-​off from being seamless, but Matt had my paperwork prepared before I even got there, and arranged for a pick-​up for me to get my rental car. I got an automatic text message every day that kept me posted of the progress of the repairs, which was super convenient. I didn’t have to wonder when it would be ready, because each text informed me that I was still on schedule. Pat called again a day before I expected to let me know that all repairs were completed and I could come pick up my car. The whole process was done in a week. Once I got there to pick it up, I was handed my keys & paperwork, and we walked out to the car. Everything looked great (my car was definitely cleaner than it was when I dropped it off-​he even apologized for the pollen!). I asked a couple of questions that were answered satisfactorily with ease, and then I was on my merry way. It was never an inconvenience, I never had to ask for updates… It’s almost like it took care of itself, and that’s exactly what a customer is supposed to perceive in this situation. All the guys I talked to or dealt with in person were pleasant and eager to put any qualms at ease. They are definitely working for their customers, and not the insurance companies that pay the claims. I would recommend this body shop to anyone, no matter what brand vehicle they drive.

They worked faster than expected, and did great work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had to have repair work done due to accident, and they made the paperwork process seamless.
