UPDATE: The technician did show up promptly as promised and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable in his field. A manager did call and apologize for their lapse the previous day. Their timeliness in actually fixing the appliance issue will determine if this review is further updated. I scheduled a visit from the these clowns though Lowe’s on 08⁄31 for today 09/09, which was allegedly their first opening. I took the afternoon off work in order to accommodate the typical 1 – 5PM window. Around 2:30PM I phoned them to confirm my appointment and get a ballpark time frame. I was then notified that they would not be out today at all. The«receptionist» said that they allegedly called me on 08⁄31 to reschedule, but they did not leave a message and NEVER called back. They offered to do nothing about the inconvenience and didn’t offer to come out the next day until prompted. If I had not called them, nothing would have been done. In short, you will never get get«SERVICE» and they don’t «CARE».

Third update 1÷19÷14. After reading my reviews, the customer service manager contacted me directly to apologize and offered a full refund of our service visit. He genuinely seemed to care about our experience and was concerned that his technician wasn’t able to diagnose our problem appropriately. He made sure I knew he would be speaking with the technician directly to make sure this situation wouldn’t happen again.
