We have been going to Smith’s for over 20 years now. This store has everything and then some. But the best part is all the unique and quirky toys. The kids, well we all do actually, go from bin to bin picking up something new and saying «ooh, I have to have this!»
You never realy know what you will get there (kind of like a box of chocolates) because they go on a couple of buying trips a year and find new things. Lots of fun and we never leave without spending 3 figures. We buy a lot Christmas and birthday presents there because know they won’t get them from anyone else.

Smith Variety reminds me of the 5 and dime stores my older family members told me use to exist. They have a little bit of everything but not a huge variety like the huge chain drugstores but you can get what you need. I felt like family as I was greeted with a friendly and authentic smile as I entered. I enjoyed wondering around the store and checking out their hodgepodge assortment of holiday decorations, toys, handkerchiefs and 3 isles of cards; they had a selection that could rival Hallmark. All and all not a bad place to putt around for awhile.
