Probably one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. It is constantly busy and very cluttered. There is barely any space on the inside so you basically come in running for a seat. The staff there isn’t the best at customer service attitude wise and the guy who helped me acted as if he couldn’t wait for me to be done. The drink that I normally get was watered down as not very tasty at all. I will probably be passing this one up from now on.

I love coffee. Starbucks has the best coffee. This location is ran pretty well and they don’t ever have a very long wait time even with all the heavy traffic running on Hwy 31.
I am a black coffee fan and their coffee really gives me a jump start on the rare occurrence I treat myself to one. It’s less than $ 3 for a large coffee, but I can obviously get a whole lot more bang for my buck with my french press at home.

The handful of times I’ve gone inside this location have been pretty good. The baristas have been nice every time I’ve gone inside. However, they keep the temperature at about 20 below freezing in there. Yikes.
The drive through baristas have usually been very nice too. Always say «thank you» and «have a nice day.»
However… the drive through is suuuuuuuuuuper slow. And always busy. Wrapped around the building blocking traffic busy. Which isn’t surprising, since the service at the window is so slow. I don’t know what it is… it’s not this slow inside. I don’t know if people are order 8 drinks to take home with them, or what. But you can seriously get through a Russian novel while waiting in this line.
I still go here for convenience, but only if the line is only three or so cars deep. Any more than that and you’ll be there an hour.
But other than that, it’s a good Starbucks and has never gotten my drink wrong.

This place is always clean, quiet, busy and pretty social. Its also near my apartment so that is a big plus for me. For the most part the people are pretty nice as well so that is always good. Either way my coffee is always the way I like it!

I love the people here! They always know the Orange HHR is ordering 2 salted caramel cake pops, and a Venti caramach with Xtra Whp & Xtra Caramel

This was a super neat Starbucks, very nice store inside and very large, lots of table and chairs and many areas to sit. Nice size outside patio as well. Store employees were fast and friendly.

I go to this Starbucks more than any other. Great staff that told me about an upcoming new drink when the person who answered the phone at another location acted like it was top secret. Drinks are made as I would expect and the indoor and outdoor seating are both nice. I have found the environment conducive for quietly reading or meeting people for conversations.

As with all of my Starbucks reviews… consistency & quality was there and what you expect! That’s why I always pick them! The staff at this location was friendly! Hard location to get in & out of, but overall… yay, AGAIN, for Starbucks!
