My entire family utilizes The Tech Bench of Birmingham. We LOVE the quality (and incredibly efficient) customer service! I took my infected laptop in on Saturday afternoon and had it back on Monday afternoon! They are the nicest, most helpful Tech Helpers in metro-​Detroit. Hands down.

Ken came to the rescue when the hard drive on my laptop died with no warning. He was able to save my data, put in a new hard drive, and get everything cleaned up and working again. The laptop was ready for pickup when he said it would be ready, and the price was extremely reasonable! Highly recommended.
