This store is in the location of the old Alabama Thrift Store I shopped at for years. I love thrift stores and was very excited when The Village opened up. I find unique books and other items here, not to mention cute clothes and shoes that are in excellent condition. The store plays Christian music on the speakers and the workers are very friendly and helpful.
The prices are reasonable for used goods and they run a weekly sale which depends on the color of the price tag, up to 80% off. I have found many deals here, and will continue to shop here when I’m in the neighborhood or when I want to go thrifting for unique finds.
If you don’t mind used items, check them out. As the saying goes, «One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.» You never know what treasures you will find at The Village Thrift store.
