Been here 2x so far, both times for tire service. Apparently, they handle everything from maintenance to oil to engine drop-​in, which I just learned this morn, so I’ll prob just make these guys my go-​to since it’s pretty close to Avondale. The two fellows up front are long-​time veterans of the business and are not out to jilt you, which is great for those who may not know much in the auto realm.
Five stars awarded for great customer service, full shop, and customer transportation!

Great service. I am an out of state student at uab and I called to ask about buying a tire. They treated me like I was a family member and will definitely come back if I ever need anything else done for my car!

Kenya… I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Give them another chance. This is a family run business that is a Birmingham landmark for a reason. Quality people, quality products and services at a quality price.
Get the lifetime tire rotation… can’t beat it.

So this morning my car dies right in front of the repair place. Two workers were kind enough to offer assistance and help push my car to the side. They even went so far as to offer to check my battery for free. How nice, right?!
However, when I go inside and tell the manager that I’m just waiting to have my battery checked, he tries to ring me up for payment. I told him that I was told it would be checked for free. He became upset and demanded that I show him who told me that. So I pointed out the men, and they even confirmed that they said they would check it for free. The manager said well I’m sorry that they miss informed you and walked away.
So here I am ready to pay for repairs if necessary, and he can’t even be bothered to check the battery! Crazy!
