Do not go here! It is over priced and I had a synthetic leather jacket ruined. They didn’t seem remorseful at all. I will be taking my business to Monarch Cleaners.

Be sure to clearly articulate that you don’t want more than you ask for. They’ll charge you for work you didn’t want then they’ll do nothing to fix the problem. I have had several good experiences in the past there, and I totally understand making mistakes, but charging customers for their mistakes is enough to keep me from going back.

One word… AWESOME. I was in a panic trying undo the mess Hunter’s cleaners made with my dress just a day before my son’s wedding. The manager, Maria, stepped up and showed how professional and caring this place is. They kept me there trying on the dress and re-​pressing until it looked just right. Thank you so much for coming to the rescue.

This place is like Cheers — everybody knows your name. This is a combination of great customer service and the fact that we have entirely too much dry cleaning for two people. While it is not cheap, the quality of service is worth it.
They do everything — the basics, plus sewing repairs, wedding dress preservation, and pillows/​comforters/​etc.

I’ve only been here one time, but I really enjoyed my experience. They were super friendly and had my jacket done fast. I haven’t had mine done there yet, but they said getting your king sized down comforter dry cleaned is only $ 35, which I think is totally reasonable.
My only complaint is you have to take a left to get in there if you’re coming from 31 down Oxmoor, and this can prove quite difficult as there is no light. That being said, it won’t stop me from going there in the future.

Absolutely the best customer service of any of the cleaners in Birmingham.
