Woodrow Hall

While researching venues to have my wedding and reception at in Alabama I came across Woodrow Hall. I instantly fell in love with the character and beauty of this building. The hard part was that I’m from Louisiana and it’s very challenging to have a wedding out of state. The staff at Woodrow Hall were so professional, sweet, and caring. This is my first wedding and I didn’t know where to begin, but Tazmine took all of my scattered thoughts and have turned them into reality. I definitely picked the right hall to place my vision, trust, and dreams into. Thanks Woodrow Hall for ensuring that I will have my dream wedding.

When she offered to pay, Brittney specifically told her not to pay she would be checking additional prices and would call her back. My mother was willing and ready to pay but it was at Brittney’s insistence that she take the deposit over the phone when she researched additional pricing. Brittney should pat herself on the back for ruining my mothers 75^th Birthday party by being dishonest and booking with someone else. Brittney is further trying to blame my mother for her not doing her job by not following up with a client! Further, Brittney is not being truthful because she advised my mother that the chairs did not come with covers and that she would check with her Supervisor to see if they had any. If they did it would have to be priced accordingly because they would need to be pressed and someone would have to be hired to do so. They also discussed the caterer coming to see the facility so that she could prepare accordingly. Brittany Bell agreed that it would be fine. For her to play the victim by pretending «she did not feel comfortable» taking the deposit from someone who did not have a clear understanding further leads to the unprofessional experience shown by this venue. Not taking ownership IS taking advantage! Social Media is a powerful weapon. I see that you have other negative post regarding pricing! You are doing a fabulous job with your branding!

I want to let everyone know about Brittany Bell at Woodrow Hall. My aunt went down there on Tuesday to book this venue for her 75^th birthday. She had her deposit in hand and ready to pay that day. She even offered to pay THAT DAY! My aunt asked a few questions about prices for table clothes and chairs and Brittany told my aunt she would get back to her with prices. My aunt still offered to pay. Brittany told her not to that she would get back to her with prices and she could pay her deposit over the phone. Well here it is exactly TWO DAYS later. My aunt calls to try to get some information on prices. Brittany tells her that they have booked the venue to someone else. I cannot believe how unprofessional this is. She said that she thought my aunt sounded «unsure». Instead of calling her back with prices and confirming with her she decided to book another party. My aunt is very upset and so am I. This is extremely unprofessional. Sad part is I even bragged on Brittany since I’ve known her since we were children and we grew up together in the same church. So let me make this clear I’m not saying she’s a bad person I am this is a very unprofessional move.
