I stopped by this past Sunday in continuation of my religious exploration — and because this was the new church of the famous Padre Alberto. The church itself is a pretty space, with a classic look from the wood arches. Acoustics were clear, and the pianist was talented. I mean, they didn’t play the Pichy Boys song (
) but had a modern interpretation of church hymns. I believe Padre Alberto’s wife was the vocalist.
Padre Alberto himself is an energetic speaker, and made a few relevant modern symbology. The theology is still essentially Catholic.
