so today I got a alignment, and what do u kno … perfect. mr k did not even compare, bishop auto price was higher by 20 $, but they told me 3 hrs and called in 2, they actually called when they were done and did a perfect job aligning my lifted Toyota. thank you joel and SB tech and bishop automotive you made my alignment knightmare disappear.

I made a bone head mistake with my new truck, trying to get home to Tahoe, Nate, the co-​owner was very professional, his diesel mechanic Stering was on top of it, made every effort to get the parts ASAP, I highly recommend these folks. Well done !1

Just waited 20 minutes there while shopping for tires. I was greeted initially but then the guys just sat around and made jokes and chatted with each other. As a store owner I have reasonably high standards for customer service. This was disappointing, to say the least. No one asked if I needed help or had been helped yet. I was poised to buy a thousand bucks worth of tires but walked out instead.

Don’t go here, worst unprofessional customer service and shady front desk manager. Never met a manager so rude to their customers not to mention on Thanksgiving Day. Waited 10mins in the lobby to finally be helped. All we needed was to check why our check engine light went on. The guy wanted $ 55 dollars for something that takes 30 seconds. I wouldn’t give these guys a $ 1. There are many more options in town, I will never go to Bishop Automotive again. They can’t even help a person on Thanksgiving, why would you ever want to give someone your money like that. Karma comes around, probably would have spent money there too had I needed to fix a problem but glad I didn’t as the guy came off as pretty shady, wouldn’t trust my car to be worked on there anyway. Avoid at all costs! Please post if you experienced the same concerns. Would rather give business to owners who appreciate customers.

I recently had the timing belt go out on my 1995 Toyota pickup. Upon arrival at this repair shop I was greeted by the resident expert in Toyota trucks. He listened to my description of the symptoms and quickly narrowed down the possible problems. After quickly determining that the timing belt was gone, they worked up a reasonable quote for the repairs. All of this happened on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. The shop was busy, but they helped me immediately.
The repairs were done exactly as specified in the estimate. They also had the truck ready one day sooner than expected. They are friendly and fair. My truck runs great!
