The guys at the Napa store in Bishop are very helpful. On my trip to Mammoth last week they helped my properly install my chains. They recommended the correct size and ensured that they were installed correctly. I’m a gal from SoCal and was a damsel in distress and they assured me I would safely arrive in Mammoth. Thanks.

Great initial customer service! Nice to know after the fact that «All Chain Sales Are Final» which is not stated anywhere on the customer invoice receipt. Will not do business with again after speaking with manager.

After the guy at Water Works Car Wash tried to scam me for the price on an oil change I decided to give up and do the job myself. I have a Mini and not unexpectedly (I don’t exactly have a common Bishop vehicle) they didn’t have my oil filter in stock. They were, however, able to get one in a few days with no shipping/​handling fees. The customer service was excellent, as with all Napa stores I have visited.
