Have you ever called a business and asked if you can come in to pay them money to complete a simple task, and told «please don’t come in, I am SO busy»?
I have– at the Bishop UPS store on Rocking Dr.
Who says that?! Don’t complain to your customers that you are SO busy! Maybe they need to hire more employees to lighten her load. Maybe she was having a bad day, or she maybe should just accept that I am willing to pay a exorbitant fee to PDF a document, use 5 seconds of her time, and make the company another $ 5 (or whatever they charge to scan a document).
I ended up not utilizing their services. I don’t really plan on using them in the future if I can help it. I don’t like not feeling welcome at a business.
