Ordered a Stebro Exhaust system for my Porsche 356. Got 2 wrong ones, returned at my expense, and never got the right one or the shipping credit. Order placed on October 20, 2010 for 356 Exhaust The first wrong part was shipped on 11/16/2010 The second wrong part was shipped on 11/24/2010 On 2÷28÷2011 purchaser returned both wrong parts at his own expense to canada totalling packaging and shipping cost of $ 390.25US On April 20th, 2011 fabricator promised to send the correct part with a refund for the return shipping. Nothing was ever received. Neither the fabricator nor the seller responded. Because the period for disputing the charge had passed, and they knew this, they gamed the system and stole my funds. They intentionally dragged out the transaction so they could game the system. I’m out a total of $ 1,299 + $ 390.25 for shipping. These guys are complete crooks. They need to pay me back my total loss of $ 1,689.25

I wish I had read all these reviews before spending more than $ 800 on a machine(Sterilizer). It was supposed to be brand new, it was not working from day one, they did not take it back. They said they would repair it. Even after the repair it was not passing the spore test. They blamed the problem on us and they were so rude. They said I was probably dishonest and they refused to take the blame. Not only they did not apologize and did not give me my money back but they also accused me of being a liar.

Their 100% gurantee is all a big lie. I wanted to return a medical item and they said no. This is deceptive. As a result the other item I cancelled from them & then had to dispute it on my credit card because they wouldn’t refund it back. Horrible company to do business with. At least with Ebay you have buyer protection. Don’t waist your time or money here.

My sister ordered a gift for me from this company. I’m assuming she didn’t have any issues with the shipping; However, once I received the gift, I contacted Balkwitsch’s customer service to see about exchanging the gift for a different color(we found out we were having a girl instead of a boy!). Shane, the supposed owner of the company, replied to my first few emails in a very unprofessional manner and basically told me that the order number I provided(from their packaging slip) was not in their system. Sorry. I ended up sending a copy of the packaging slip to prove I was telling the truth and the next reply I received said they couldn’t help me. The order was at that point to old to exchange. No apologies, no compassion or understanding. I highly suggest NOT ordering from this company EVER!!! My situation was not a big deal, but it should’ve been handled much differently by Shane and his customer service team.

They sell on . I ordered an item they never had in stock, so they cancelled my order. I left appropriate feedback on Amazon and have received numerous emails and even phone calls requesting I remove my feedback. I had to file a complaint with Amazon. Do not do business with this company.

Well, I wish I would have read this email before purchasing a key and expensive item for my new business. I ordered it 20 days before my Grand Opening and was assured by Sales(yes, the good ‘ol salesperson) that I would get my device well in advance of my opening. After email follow-ups, false shipping info, I finally called(should had done so earlier) and the item was eventually shipped. Makes me wonder if it would have ever shipped had I not called… Proceed with caution.
