Friendly service, delicious coffee and their Asiago bagel was incredible. I tried the chipotle cream cheese and was thrilled with the taste and that it was hot enough to help me breathe that morning! The only downside was I forgot to ask for a knife to spread my cream cheese and there wasn’t one in the bag. The seating area is comfy and inviting. I just wish I had enough time to relax with a book and my coffee.

Stopped here May 2015 driving to a long term work assignment on the West Coast. Wanted so much to support this locally owned place; but the service was abrupt(in their defense, it was raining and they were slammed both inside and at the drive up) and the coffee just wasn’t good. I ordered a medium mocha and only drank a third of it because the espresso was bland and the milk was scalded. Tips for improvement: 1) staff up appropriately for mornings 2) manage the coffee line separately from breakfast items, due to the layout of the pastry case/checkout/coffee counter 3) train the baristas on milk warming and foaming, eep.

After horrid coffee in Bozeman yesterday we were dying for real coffee today. Pleasantly surprised great coffee. Also kudos to the patient Barista who was dealing with 4 tired travelers. Sandwiches took forever as there were only 2 girls working at they got slammed. Need more staff.

Wasn’t the worst coffee I’ve ever had, but it also wasn’t good coffee. I ordered an iced Boneshaker with White Chocolate and the espresso was burnt and bitter. Had to add quite a bit of cream to try to smooth it out. It was a little watered down as well. My wife got an iced Mocha and it was watery(how?) and not creamy at all. Didn’t even look like they used milk to make it. It was really dark and she said it was overly bitter. Then the caramel roll was soggy and tasted kind of cheap. If the atmosphere had been better we might have enjoyed our time more, but the tables were too close together and it felt very dated and out of touch. Unfortunately, not a place we’ll be quick to return to.

Boneshaker is the bomb! Awesome coffee. Relaxed atmosphere, clean tables, and great customer service!

Nice staff but very poorly designed coffee shop. It’s more of a deli than a coffee shop. Way too many tables and all high bar style at that. Outlets are sparse. Hoping to find a better place to work.

I’ve driven past quite a few times but it has never clicked to me to stop in — but my best friend raved so I had to go check it out this morning. I love the atmosphere. It was quiet for a Friday morning and I loved the seating. I definitely plan on coming to this place when I get-together with friends! I love that they have almond milk and soy milk! That’s definitely impressive. The coffee was really great too. I just felt like the service was a little cold(just like Sarah H. had reviewed). I had mentioned that I had no idea what I wanted because I had never been there and the barista just said okay, and walked away. There wasn’t even a line but no one recommended anything or asked if I had questions. But other than that, it seems great and I’m very excited to go again.

Drinks= 5 stars… Atmosphere= Maybe a 2. Consistently great drinks but somewhat cold service. Not rude but not pleasant if that makes sense. They are really busy with not a lot of a staff it seems so that’s more understandable.

Coffee was decent. We got a free caramel roll and it was waxy and not warmed up. Not impressed. Somewhat cozy atmosphere.

Cozyish interior, seems a bit sterile. No music inside, which seemed kind of weird. Basically feels like a starbucks, just locally owned. Mixed coffees are very tasty and quickly delivered, minimal friendliness from staff but they seemed preoccupied so can’t judge too much.

So the menu(found here ) says that a Caramel Big Wheel is — Rich espresso with gourmet caramel, topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle to satisfy your sweet tooth! I uploaded a picture of what was delivered to my office this morning. I do LOVE that they deliver, even with the $ 5 fee… which is redic and makes people NOT want to tip. I still order when the office group orders because they need at least 6 drinks to get someone to deliver it and what not. NEVERAGAIN Last time they FORGOT my caramel roll and were quick to make apologies but this wasn’t the first time they messed up an order, and it wont be the last. I can get better drinks made with less calories at Starbucks that will be made RIGHT. And last time I checked if the weather is really bad I can always just do the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. While I’ve never experienced the Boneshaker drive thru a coworker told me its worth it to have them deliver because the drive thru takes at least ten minutes. If you’re getting together with a couple of friends to catch up I’m sure you’ll love hanging out at their location. but as far as getting a drink delivered. DON’T DOIT.

Nice place but the brewed coffee was weak for a coffee shop. I had rated lower in an earlier review but I had their signature espresso drink today and it was really good(Boneshaker). I second what Cat M. said about the place being a Christian hang out. Not my thing either. However, not a bad place to just sit down and do some work, read or just hang out for a while.

It seems to have transformed into a Christian hang out. Or maybe it always was and I never noticed before. Christian rock. Christian coasters. Christian kids gossiping about other Christian kids. Not my thing, but I’m sure it’s perfect for others.

I love it when I find a terrific coffee place far from home but I hate also because I won’t get to frequent it! This darling place was right by our hotel, lucky us! They had delicious hot vanilla lattes and refreshing caramel chocolate iced coffee. Plus I tried a chocolate chip cookie just to let you fellow Unilocalers know how yummy it was. If you are reading this review, you are probably close by so stop reading and go get caffeinated already!
