Nice gym, good price, but dirty locker rooms and bathrooms. Needs to be cleaned more than once a day. Dusty on top of lockers and they allow shoes in the lockers which gets dirt everywhere. Needs to be vacuumed throughout the day.

I’ve been going to Gold’s for the last 3 – 4 years and personally love it. It’s close proximity to my work is a big deal, but I love how open the gym is. There is almost always a piece of equipment/​free weight for me to do the exercise I need to do without having to wait (unless we’re talking about the first couple weeks in January!) which is nice because I like to do circuits. For $ 9.95/month there isn’t a better gym out there (classes included for $ 24.95). Sometimes this can be a detriment due to how busy it can get, but usually it’s manageable. They also partner with major health insurance carriers to cover up to $ 20/​mo. of your membership if you go 12x/​mo. I’ve heard some women say they don’t like this gym, but I’m a guy so I’ll let you each judge that on your own.

Great gym. I came here on a 7 day free pass to try out the gym when I first moved to Bismarck a month ago. Wonderful equipment, everything is new and very nice. I loved the classes, such as Body Pump and spinning, and the instructors were all great. However, I ended up joining the YMCA because of the pool – Gold’s Gym doesn’t have a pool. But otherwise I probably would have joined here.

This was my first time visiting — I haven’t worked out there yet but I got a tour a spoke prices with a really nice guy named David.
The facility is extremely nice, and everything looks brand new. They have lots of machines and free weights, as well as a juice bar & a child care center.
My favorite is that they have a women’s center where the machines are private from the rest of the gym. That makes me feel really comfortable!
Classes are included in the monthly fee and I can’t wait to jump on Zumba.

I was the fitness manager of this club. I have managed more than a dozens clubs and put this facility in my top 3. Great trainers, clean facility, my favorite equipment brands. Being from out of town, this place makes me feel at home.
