One of my favorite restaurants in Bismarck, ND. They are pretty cheap for an all you can eat Mongolian buffet. 10.29 for weekdays lunch, 11.99 for weekend and holiday lunch and 13.99 for dinner. With those prices, it is easy to get your money’s worth. I would say be able to eat 3 plates and you are good. Appetizers have to be ordered separately and are not included with the all you can eat. The servers are really attentive and nice. They refill your drinks and get rid of your dirty plates asap. There are a lot of sauces so don’t be afraid to ask your waiter/waitress what would they recommend. The cooks are really efficient, they cook your food well and fast. Don’t worry if the line looks long, you never have to wait a long time to get your food cooked. The cooks have a really efficient cooking system and they don’t rush and give you your food uncooked. There is a gong at the end of the line that you can hit and the cooks will shout«HuHot!». People make a huge mess when stacking their plates, but there is always a worker there that cleans it up immediately. Also, the staff are really good about adding in more food for you to choose from as soon it gets down to about 1⁄3. Make sure you can eat whatever you get because they don’t allow to-go. If you are looking to get your money’s worth for a good lunch/dinner, HuHot will not disappoint.

Huhot, an all you can eat Asian grill, smelled divine as we walked in. Place is packed with diners on a Saturday night and no wait. The concept is neat: you choose your meat, veg, noodles, and sauce from the buffet and a «warrior» stir-fries it up, you wait in line and then it is handed off to you when done. Amazing they can remember the correct order of the orders. Buffet comes with your choice of soup or salad and a bowl of rice. We had high hopes but sadly, the sauces are too sweet for our taste and the finished noodle product lacks flavor, no matter how many spoonfuls of sauce you ladle in your bowl. I did appreciate the signage displayed on the buffet regarding calories. Too many restaurants, and an Asian grocer in town, means we won’t be back.

Tasty food, fresh ingredients, very clean and friendly! Would eat here again in a heartbeat. All-you-can-eat style, two plates really makes it worth your money. Also, the crab Rangoon tastes much fresher than the average stale Chinese takeout equivalent. Great as an early dinner for a date, or to hang out with friends. This place was packed at 7pm on a Friday, even located across the street from a Buffalo Wild Wings.

I really like this place! It gets alittle messy towards the sauce area… seems there is some run off! Wish there were more veggie choices. Sea food protein limited to talapia and fake crab. Was not a fan of crab Rangoon. With those being the only negatives I can think of will go back. Friendly staff really makes this place! Unique and fresh alternative to Buffett.

This is a great place to go to if you are looking to get a food coma after a meal. The all you can eat is great and the flavor possibilities are endless. The only reason your food will taste bad is because you prepared it without thinking. You get to choose the toppings and noodles, then put as many sauces as you can think of to create a symphony of flavor. I would come back again for sure.

I dunno if I’m allowed to review the same place twice but… yet another great meal at HuHot Mongolian Grill!!! Not much more to say than… my favourite place to eat in Bismarck. If you’ve never been to a Mongolian Grill before you really gotta try this place!

I’ve eaten at 20+ different Mongolian BBQ joints all over the United States and this is one of the best ones. Normally they charge every time your go through the line, but HuHut is all-you-can-eat. This is nice because there are so many different sauces to try. The chefs were entertaining(although caucasian, LOL) and the meats were good quality. I recommend the fish, I noticed that most people passed right by it.

I am a huge hu hot fan. Every place I go or time I see one I stop in when I travel. Imagine my excitement when I found one is balmy Bismarck. I was quickly disappointed. This is the worst franchisee store and should be investigated by hu hot. The service terrible. I had to stop a waitress after 20 minutes. The noodles were slimy, warm to the touch(food poisoning risk)?, they were missing some vegetables I am use to(also not chilled), and they water down their sauces to the point they have no taste. 10 ladles and all I had was soup I was scared to eat with no flavor.

Here for the great lunch specials, staying for the variety. Especially good in cold weather, this place has all the spices needed to clear up your stuffed noise, just please don’t lean in and breath on the food. They deserve tips, there is a tip cup, so tip them.

The place is AMAZING! I was in ND for the holidays. I wanted to get some deals in the cap before heading back to Cali! We were driving around and my gfs sister recommended this place. I loved it! Place was clean, service was good, and it was not busy. $ 8.99 all you can eat for lunch! Cant beat that! Next time I fly into Bismarck i will be eating there before the 2 hour drive! =) I will be back!

Who knew that I could love the food so much, yet hate the service I recieve! I usually do a veggie stir fry with green peppers, carrots, mushrooms and often other randoms as well. The Samuri Teriyaki sauce is vegan and one of my favorites — and I usually ladel on quite a bit of soy sauce and garlic broth. YUM! HuHot is really good about cleaning their grills between people but you can specically ask them to use clean utensils for you if you are a veg. My complaint as I’ve mentioned earlier is the staff. Last time we went there a server never even came to our table at all. I had to stop a manager that was walking by to bring us rice and salads. Or the servers forget one thing or another and don’t come back the whole meal. I have been so frustrated. But honestly, the good food makes up for it. No complaints. YUM.
