However I received a message from them stating that they spoke with PayPal and would be refunding me: YOUHADNOCHOICE. PayPal agreed with me that this needed to be refunded and they automatically deduct it from your account ! Oh and that if I want the decals I need to reorder… it’s safe to say I will never reorder. And that site that over 100k ppl belong to where someone randomly recommended them– yeah I’ll be commenting on there too. So if you chose to do business with this company and something happens where they refuse to «offer» you a refund, don’t just take that answer. You have options ! They just don’t want you to think you do. If she’s going to stay in business she has to learn to empathize with a situation and take full ownership of the problem then quickly come up with a solution even if it means refunding or replacing the order. I didn’t expect them to be perfect– but I expected them to fix the problem, and they failed miserably. Just because someone has the ability to produce a product doesn’t mean they have what it takes to serve customers.
