Reasor’s

Purchased some filets to grill this weekend and disappointed is an understatement. It looks like they used the end of the tenderloin to create two of the filets as the meat was folded (you could see how it was butterflied) over each other to make a steak. Additionally all of the steaks were very fatty (not marbled). The worst thing is they didn’t grill evenly as they unfolded in the grill. Reasor’s butchers, in my opinion, need to go back and learn how to properly cut a steak. Reasors needs to understand that poor quality will only push shoppers away. As I’m new to Tulsa, in the future I’m going to find a butcher when looking for steaks.

I have to agree with the cashier’s not counting back change.
The rest of the store is pretty cool. The bakery women are super friendly and very helpful as are the meat counter personnel who took time out and helped me find an hard-​to-​find piece of meat. 3 people took on that task but we finally found it! YEAH!

Really surprised on the low reviews. I have never had a bad experience here. The location is conveniently located near my home which makes a Quickstop so much easier. They carried the best apple pie I have tried compared to my own!
The fruit and vegetable section has been plentiful and some of the best deals compared to target and sprouts. Bakery is always there to help with any questions. The meat and cheese department have always been overly helpful.
The check out cashiers are always super friendly and offer assistance every time. Returning anything has been super simple. Even without a recipe.
Nice part, is you can pick up your groceries if need be, order them online. Pharmacy is FAST! They really are on the ball and very cheerful every time I go in no matter how busy they are.
Love the close mama to be parking! Very clever!

This is my favorite Reasor’s in Tulsa… Bixby.
Reasor’s has many different options than WalMart and Target. I prefer their produce and they have a wonderful deli. We tend to get our meat and fish here as well. Reasor’s does seem to have a little higher prices, but well worth it. There is always great costumer service and plenty of check-​out lanes available. This Reasor’s is also has a restaurant, with great lunch and dinner selections. Also, very clean store!

Always good customer service. Last night, my husband and I were searching for Kona Coffee and called ahead. They said they had it so we headed over. Of course, we found plenty more we needed and then asked if they had any boxes they could spare as we are moving soon. They brought out a cart of boxes and just asked for any we don’t use to bring them back. From two broke kids in Bixby settling into a first home, we couldn’t be more thankful! Always above and beyond at this location. Wish I could upload a photo of the cart of boxes!

Nice clean facility but — add this store to the growing list of businesses in Tulsa/​Bixby area that the cashier does not count your change back to you. Frustrating as a consumer. Counting back is not only good for the customer but the business as well.

All tables and seats dirty! Trash cans full!
I told teenage employees and they ignored my request to send the manager on duty over. And for good reason… they were clocked in but not working!
I was eventually able to talk to a manager and they corrected the filthy situation.
Another reminder that we SHOULD NOT feel obligated to clean off our tables at restaurants! Cleaning off you table only insures you will get to sit at a dirty table next time. I’m the guy who never cleans off his table!

Love Reasors in Bixby. The store is always very clean.
