Walk In Tubs of Oklahoma

I would like to say thank you to Perry at Oklahoma Walk In Tubs. Perry brought a long frustrating journey to a pleasant end.
My wife and I are in our mid 70’s and needed a solution to our problem (s). Our problem being: #1 As we have gotten older things are not as easy to do as they were even 5 years ago such as bathing we needed HELP. Because we have both fallen coming in and out of the shower and were both afraid of that very dangerous common fatal fall that many older folks have doing what we all have to do every day just taking a shower.
What brought this to our attention front and center was the death of my wife’s younger sister coming out of a tub shower lost her balance then slipped and fell then broke her hip. She did not die immediately though six months later due to complications from the fall she did pass. Thus starting us on our long 6-​month journey of locating something that we needed and could afford.
#2 Our doctor did recommend some sort of hydro therapy. We both got great results with physical therapy and even the hot tub that we owned for years. The problem being is we were both back to the same problem getting in and out and could no longer do so without assistance. Even then it became a struggle because my knee and her hip and knee replacements. My wife and I needed an alternative solution that would make us less dependent on others for our own hygiene and health needs. This walk in tub has kept both my wife and I from having to depend solely on in home care and most of all peace of mind of knowing that by having this walk in tub installed it is another month my wife and I will NOT be going to the nursing home any time soon. One more thing along our journey we came across those folks who advertise of TV I think their name was Premier. Save your time and money by avoiding a 2 and a half hour presentation before they got down to the price starting around $ 20,000.00 and slowly chipped away at the price with this promotion and that discount to end up around just under $ 15,000.00 why did they not start the conversation of with that and we could have saved all of us the hassle. Oh and by the way I still had to pay for the electrician to come and hook it up. What a deal… NOT At all. Then this other company called Safe Step walk in tubs came a spent yet another two and a half hours with practically the same tub and warrantees Started at $ 14 000.00 which was a soaker then they preceded to add this that and the other to it bringing it to under $ 18 000.00 to have exactly what Premier had. Of course they had this program and that discount and even one left in the warehouse that had less features and if I took it off their hands they would let me have it for a little over $ 13,000.00 plus tax. Again what a deal. NOT at all
Perry is local and had tubs that we could actually sit in. No one else did. All they could do was show us pictures, videos and brochures. He gave us many affordable options including different manufactures and models. There was no pressure at all. We are happy our tub from first site to well after install.
Was it cheap? Well one thing I can tell you the turnkey price was literally thousands less than even many others we found on the web with out the hassle. Perry is very hands on and cares and values his customers.
