Sahara Pizza

We just moved to the area and live out in the middle of nowhere, so we were scouring trying to figure out a pizza place that would deliver to us late at night. We called and Derek answered, we let him know where we were and he said they deliver to us! We were super excited! He gave us some suggestions on what pizza they offered (we ordered the Hawaiian with pepperoni instead of Canadian bacon) and then he told us about the awesome twisty garlic bread!!! We are definitely hooked on the breadsticks. He was SOOO helpful and nice and let us know we would receive our order within 45 minutes. Guess what? The pizza guy was EARLY! The manager delivered to us and let us know that we called right when they closed but assured us that they wanted to take care of us and that our order was important. Derek didn’t even tell us they were closed! This is the best pizza place with the best work ethic from its employee and will definitely be going back. You have earned lifelong customers! I highly recommend this establishment.

Good pizza, quick service, and they gave me a discount since it was the first time I’ve been here.

pizza has turned horrible… pepeeroni now like bacon bits… no whole pieces. manager refused extra sauce and when i complained manader told me fxxx off… name kevin… also veterans discount isn’t honored. at this point kevin is threatening to call police cuz i wrote bad review… if you are a brother veteran go elsewhere

Last night we ordered pizza on the way home from our mini vacation. After ordering and paid $ 55 they said it would be 1 hour for delivery. Cool. 2 hours later we finally got our food. I called to talk to the manager but he had just left. The employee said he was going to call the manager and they were going to call me. 24 hours later no call. Not very good customer service. Just a call to say I’m sorry. That’s all. We had to heat our pizza in the microwave because it was not hot. Last time we ate there it was very good. But this time was not. Just a I’m sorry. I hope management reads this.

Sucks because the pizza really is good. But tonight will be our last night ordering… called at 5 was told one hour and it’s now 7 and still not pizza. I called about 30 min ago to check up and it had not even left yet. This is the THIRD time in a row… we live 2 miles away according to Unilocal how is it that takes 2 hours…

Consistently the best pizza in the Maple Valley area. Better than Ferellies. Delivery is always on time even during prime sporting events.

Pretty good pizza and awesome bread twists. We got the Tiki Chicken Pizza and it was different but very good. Our other pizza was a regular pepperoni and it was a decent pizza. The highlight of the meal was their bread twists… they were baked and covered in garlic butter… yum! Overall this place was a good find for a quick pizza.

SO VERY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW! I called at 8:35 p.m. and ordered an extra large Ultimate Sahara pizza and garlic twists. I was told it would be 55 minutes for it to be delivered. It is now 9:45 and I called to find out where my pizza is. I was told it was on its way and should be delivered within 15 minutes. Um… I live 15 minutes away which means that my pizza hasn’t even left the building. I was told to call back if it wasn’t delivered in 15 minutes. That means they expect me to wait 1 ½ hours for a pizza order to be delivered. I was told if it isn’t delivered by 10:00 p.m., I could get a free order of Twisty Bread or a free pizza next time.
I promise this: There won’t be a next time.
UPDATE: The pizza arrived at 10:02 p.m., 1 hour and 27 minutes after I ordered it. The pizza is delicious, garlic twisty bread, not so great. The girl who delivered was very apologetic but that didn’t make up for the LONG wait.

Great pizza and the delivery is always faster than what is expected. Delivery drivers always great kids.

Some of the best pizza in Black Diamond! Our whole family loves it. We have tries many different items on the menu and enjoy it every time. The staff has always been friendly and polite. Love that they deliver!

This is my goto pizza place. If you only knew how much I liked pizza you would take that simple sentence to heart.
Order their pizza it is goooooood.

My favorite pizza! The staff here is great and very friendly. Love that there is a pool table there to use while we wait for pizza to cook. Overall it a great place and very clean.

I used to LOVE Sahara Pizza and still feel their bread sticks are the best.
But the people who work their are so unfriendly and act like they could care less about me. I used to get pizza there every Friday but after getting 2 pizza that were burnt and the staff cared less I thought it was time to find some other pizza place…
I hear there are new owners but I am not sure I will try again

Love their pizza!!! It’s a little on the spendy size so we only get it when we get those handy val pack coupons. Highly recommend!
