We stay here every year for the cranberry Fest and this year was extremely disappointing. Rude staff. Musty rooms. Uncomfortable beds. A way to busy casino. A terrible Buffett and clueless staff EVERYWHERE. Stay at the holiday inn in Eau Claire, you’ll thank me.
