The young lady who took the portrait is friendly and patient. However, it took the others one and a half day to process the photo. I paid the photoshop fee for removing fly-​away hairs and hairs on my neck, I called three times and after one and a half day, I got a CD with the exact same draft photo in it. Nothing has been done to the photo during that time period. Then the next morning, I got email of processed photo, but hair on the neck is not removed. I called again and sent email to them, their relied that there is nothing they can do to remove the hair. In the end, I downloaded photoshop and correct it by myself. Nice studio for draft photos, then take your photo somewhere else for postproduction.
