Moon Nails

Here I am sitting, waiting for over 30 minutes on my fourth visit to have my money refunded for the fourth time. I specifically asked for a refund after my third visit where I waited for 3 HOURS to ensure I wouldn’t have to come back for JUST MY NAILS. I truly wish that I could give them ZERO stars because they are rude, unprofessional, clearly do not care about the service that they provide. Not only did they deny the refund because the service was already done, although unsatisfactory, they ignored me & continued to speak to everyone else. So, here are pictures of each of them that offered terrible service on my four visits (the individual in blue is the only one who speaks fluent English). I will also include the broken gel overlay, chipped nails, & bubbled polish. GO TO ANOTHER SALON! I wanted to report them to the BBB but they are not registered. Refunds can be handled through the local police department, according to their own staff.

TERRIBLE!!! The fat old man is RUDE and talks shit about everyone while doing my toes. He was unprofessional & did a horrible job on my nails. My toes were literally chipping that same day
