I’ve been told by the DR. and his staff that my ins want’s me to see the Dr. every 3−4mos because health issues, So me not knowing I said umm ok but when my High Blood pressure meds ran out. I called only to fine them talking to me in a threating way. I’m like ok, Tell you what I’ll call my ins co and see why I have to see the Dr. so much. Ins told me we don’t have that policy and hold on I’ll call them now, Now the office says that O it’s office policy that you be seen every 3 – 4 months incase the meds need to be changed. my meds been the same since day 1. No new nothing so, my question is why so many times per year. My pressure is the only issues I have and it’s been fine with what I been taking. I’m going to make a new apt and let the Dr. know that this is not acceptable. Be back with the new finding, hopefully we can upgrade the stars. At 1^st there was a wait time of 10 – 15 mins now its 1hr and 15min in office then 10 – 15 wait in the back on for the Dr. to check B/​P and writer Rx then make apt with clerk.
