The fact that the place is clean and look nice and is priced the way it is, you can’t go wrong really. You won’t leave hungry — their sandwiches are made with plenty of love. The people working there were also very kind and polite.

Located on the main leading into Blaine right on the Canadian border(U.S. side). The inside only has three tables and will fit about 8 people total. There are seats outside, some in a covered area. Ordered a breakfast sandwich which came with your choice of eat, cheese and bread(opted for bacon, pepper jack cheese in a croissant). The service was excellent and the sandwich was SPOTON! Also had an Americano which was decently good. Can’t imagine there are better places to grab breakfast in Blaine.

Their drinks such as chai, latte and other shakes are pretty good. The food is always 4 stars. They have some sandwiches such as grilled chicken panini and Caesar salad which are really really good. It is a very very small place so taking out is always recommended. The staff is always nice and it is always not too busy and food is ready in timely manner.

Tasty! Service was quick, friendly, and the food was delicious. What more could you ask from from this adorable establishment?(And the iced mocha I got was good too!)

Great place to stop to curb your hungry after sitting at the border. I had a Greek salad and it was fresh, crisp and delicious. Add in a fantastic sea-view and good company(and a BLT) and you have a perfect meal.

Took our visiting relative here for a lunch and view of the bay. We ordered our drinks and food at the counter. Unfortunately the covered deck seating area was reserved for a party of 8. So we took an uncovered table. We had to ask for paper towels to wipe off the seats from the rain. We waited for our drinks which finally came. There seemed to be just a cook, and a lady at the counter, so she was taking orders at the counter, and then waiting on tables. The party of 8 started to arrive. Then the party of 8’s food started to come out to them. Hmm … where was our food at. Guess the party of 8 had pre-ordered. Any how we finally got our food. What a disappointment. My Turkey Pesto Panini sandwich had just enough turkey for a 5 year old boy. Although it was tasty, for $ 8.75 they might try putting at least 2 ounces of turkey on it. Understaffed, disorganized, undersized portions. Im a local who won’t be back.

Quaint, rustic view overlooking the marina. Staff is very courteous and accomodating. Food and coffee was delicious and very reasonably priced

Super cute, intimate, fun place! My toddlers sipped up their perfectly warmed hot chocolate with whipped cream and little rainbow sprinkles. We enjoyed each meal we ordered and each drink. Wonderful place. We will be walking here everyday on our stay in Blaine.

We live in Blaine but never tried this place. So we decided to give it a shot this afternoon for lunch. I wish we hadn’t. The prices were outrageous! Thirty bucks for 3 sandwiches and we just had water. They are probably trying to take advantage of the Canadian money. The sandwiches were like something I threw together at home. I asked for sourdough and I got white, the lettuce is from one of those shredded lettuce bags from the grocery store and I think the turkey was probably Oscar Meyer. I buy more quality deli meat for my own home. Such a disappointment because I want to support our Blaine businesses. Staff was friendly but didn’t know what to do. They said they have only been open 3 days since new owners too over. They didn’t know what drinks they had and couldn’t figure out how to use their printer for a receipt. Such a waste of money…

A cute, convenient and clean little food and coffee stop in Blaine about ¼ mile south of the US/Canada border. There’s indoor and outdoor seating on the rear deck and the front sidewalk. Prices are normal/moderate. Nice views of Semiahmoo Bay, the marina, White Rock, and the hub of Blaine.

Fun friendly place for breakfast, lunch and an early dinner! My favorite is the Caprice Panini, because I don’t eat meat but they have a HUGE menu. I can’t even talk about all their treats! They have a whole case full of fresh baked scones, brownies, muffins, cupcakes, even fruit loop rice crispy squares :) Their brownie is almost like a truffle that melts in your mouth! I keep telling them they need a curtain to cover their bakery case. It’s really hard to walk out without something for my sweet tooth!

A good place for coffee and a bagel or pastry but the breakfast items off the menu we not very good. Both of our meals were too salty to eat much of and my eggs over medium were over hard.

Last Monday, we stopped by this cute little red caboose café to have lunch before heading home from our Birch Bay trip. We had lunch panini: BBQ pork panini in ciabatta roll and Proscuitto & smoked Gouda panini in sourdough. The BBQ pork was very tender and had good BBQ flavor. The Proscuitto & smoked Gouda panini was the perfect combination. We hope that the sandwich can be a little hotter. Both panini had great grill mark but it might have cooled a little in the kitchen before it was brought out. We still loved it. The hot tea was served in a matching tea pot and tea cup set. Since we sat inside, we had a great time chatting with the people working there. It is a family owned café and grandpa is the cook. They were all very friendly and funny to talk to. Before we left, Grandpa came out to say hi and letting us know he is the hardworking cook in the kitchen. We had a great dining experience. When we are in town next time, we will go back to try their breakfast and their homemade chai tea(they were out on our visit).

This quaint little caboose has friendly people and good music. The father-son duo that helped us made the coffee experience quite fantastic. We didn’t have food but would definitely try it if we come back to Blaine. The coffee beverages were fab. It’s a good place to grab something before heading to Canada.

Best sandwich I have ever had! My girlfriend and I ate here while we were trying to figure out how we were going to get back to Seatte, after being sent back at the US-Canada border. The boyfriend and girlfriend who own the café are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. This place has a panini list that will put to shame any deli in NY, SF, LA, CHI, MIA… ANYWHERE! I hope I can get deported from Canada again so I can have and excuse to stop in Blaine’s best kept secret.
