I’d give it a 0 if I could. Stood in the front for 5 minutes as the staff chatted and stood in the back. When one employee FINALLY noticed me she asked if she could help, I said I had been standing there for 5 minutes and if someone less busy could help. She called for someone else who was nice. As I was telling her my name I overheard the first lady complaining about me to the customer. Just an FYI to you, I didn’t say anything while I stood there because it is YOUR job to greet and assist people as they come in your salon. I ended up walking out because I was so embarrassed at their poor performance and couldn’t imagine how my hair would turn out.

Terrible Customer Service! Walked in to see if they had room for a walk in. Two employees just stared at me. They said I could come back in half an hour. I come back half an hour later and this time three employees were just haning out at the front desk and just stared me down. I mentioned I was down for a cut. They said have a seat — there were no seats. My boyfriend asked how much longer. They looked at us like we were the worst customers ever questioning the time. They responded and said it would be another half an hour. I left.
Not the first time I have had less than mediocre service from that salon. I will now be going down the hall to Regis.

My hair looked fine afterwards, but my hair stylist was talking to someone else the entire time and seemed to have no interest in me. This also lead to the haircut taking longer than it needed to because my hair stylist kept stopping to talk.

I have seen three people here… Hence, Jene my main stylist, the manager and Katie… all of them are super talented. I have never had so many compliments on both my hair and my eyebrows… Color line, is awesome and lasts twice as long as my old expensive salon. These three book up quickly on the weekends but they awesome and I always try to tip a little extra because I save so much money… You will not be disappointed
