Mozaik Underwater Cameras

Well I have a change of heart about this company. After ordering more parts & lights for our cameras I found the shipping to be slow. They advertise they have parts in stock & ship within a few days. I waited 14 days & a number of calls to get the order to ship out. When the order arrived one of the parts was wrong. So more calls to get shipped out. It’s had to get ahold of them. Ran apologized again & said he’d get the part right out to us over night. We were leaving in 4 days. Then I get a message that the where house did not get it shipped it time & that he would ship it out 2 day express to get it to us the day we leave. Will guess what it did not arrive. In fact it never arrived at all.
So where I was glad to get my video lights that no one else had I am extremely disappointed in this company, the people who run it & their customer service. I never wait until the last minute to order something before a dive trip but they yanked me around so long I have no choice & a crucial part in missing.
