I didn’t think that the shop employees were as helpful as they could have been. The oil change took quite a while and I even had an appointment. I was really excited when I first entered because the place looked super nice and they displayed a whole board of the services they offer. I thought this could be the place I went for everything. However, I’m going to go elsewhere for my next oil change and future car repairs.

I’ve been back twice since I wrote the review in 2013, both times for oil changes that lasted close to an hour followed by a lengthy sales pitch for more services. I no longer have my cars serviced at BTB.
