Hash browns, eggs, bacon, toast all good but… the diner wasn’t very clean. Salt & pepper shakers very greasy, back of chairs greasy. If they would just clean it up, really clean it up and keep it that way it would be a place I could recommend. But not until then.

five stars i always go here with my girlfriend kitty and i always get the chicken fingers with bbq or honey mustard with coffee and she gets the same and we sit there talk and eat and its just peaceful nice place to go for breakfast or lunch:)

Ok, Megan! I went back to Billy’s for breakfast. This time there was a cook, two waitresses, and presumably a dishwasher. Somehow the dining room seemed bigger, as Sunday morning breakfast was on. And I saw someone I know, which is good considering I knew just two people in Blair the last time I was at Billy’s.
I ordered the pancake combo: 2 huge pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, and two strips of bacon for me, plus coffee. The food was okay, the coffee was weak, but I could bask in the sun and knit as long as I wanted to, surrounded by the hubbub of my neighbors. That is worth an extra star.

Not sure what the other review is talking about. Every time I have eaten there I’ve seen atleast 3 people working. Obviously this is just a small town café with pretty basic diner type food. Good quality for the price though.
