The service here is outstanding, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is always good. We love the complimentary chips and salsa and how quickly they refill it. Each time we go we leave very satisfied.

Excellent food, décor and value. Ask for Rick, the best waiter ever.

I ate here on a Saturday afternoon. I am always driving past this restaurant and thought I would give it a try. I don’t think I will come back and stick to driving out to Roja in Omaha.
1. It took over 20 minutes and finally a look to get our orders taken. There was one waiter on a busy Saturday lunch rush. The food was just ok, nothing to write home about. For the money it’s good, but not great.
2. The food came out quickly but waiter never filled our drinks or asked if we needed anything. Thank goodness we only got water.
3. Finally, I had to go up and wait to get our check because nobody came to the table. As we were paying the waiter apologized that he didn’t give us attention.
Please hire more people for how busy you get.

I love this place! White queso cheese dip is out of this world! Free chips and salsa is so awesome! Their prices are reasonable and their service is prompt. I will continue to enjoy this restaurant any chance I get (:

This is a nice clean restaraunt with quick service and good food. I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and it’s been consistently good. If you find yourself in Blair, give it a try.

Delicious! Best Mexican rice and beans I’ve ever had! We had the Texas fajitas and they were great! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. This was our first time eating here and we look forward to visiting the one in Lavista.

Not only am I from San Diego, I am married to a Mexican who worked at his mother’s three restaurants. That food is as far away as authentic as you can get. It was disgusting ground beef soaked in cheese with ketchup for salsa. Absolutely no flavor. We gave it to our dogs.

OK — so this is not a fancy place — and it’s kind of easy to miss from the road — but the food is really good.
The staff is super nice and attentive — we had Clarissa as our server and she walked us through the entire menu after we told her it was our first time visiting. She was awesome as a side note.
We went on Sunday and they have specials every night — we had two combo’s for like $ 14.00 — amazing. Super cold beer and cozy (but not fancy) atmosphere.
I’d give the food a solid 5 — especially considering the affordable price of same.
Don’t judge this book by it’s cover — because it’s contents are very good.

First time for me at El Vallarta. Overall it was pretty good. Not entirely authentic, but doggone it was good. They also brought out a complimentary dessert, which apparently they do all the time. That is a nice touch and almost unheard of. Service was excellent, and the restraunt itself was packed. Nicely decorated. Not bad for a small town Mexican restaurant.

Ordered the fajitas for 2– to go. Was a TON of food, actually fed 4 of us. They were SO nice at the counter and everything was already ready when I arrived to pick up. Have been here before dining-​in, and it was equally as awesome. Will go back next time I’m in town, as my parents live here. Love it!

Was it authentic? I don’t know, probably not. Was it delicious? Absolutely.
This was everything I expected when we ate here. Similar to many other Midwestern Mexican joints I’ve been to. They had a nice margarita happy hour special going on, and the food came out hot, on time and tasted good.
It seemed like one of the servers was struggling with the pace — it was lunch time and the place was full — but our server did great.
I would definitely go back for a quick, tasty lunch totally worth the value.

Good, fast food! Go at lunch because you get a lot of food for a low price us sopapillas come at the end of the meal.

Wonderful meal here yesterday with my sister as we were visiting Blair. The pork carnitas were so good, with excellent frijoles, rice and guacamole salad. Top-​notch service by Sarah in a lovely atmosphere. Wish we’d have had time to linger longer there. Definitely worth a trip to Blair!

Awesome food! Try the spinach burrito or the vegetarian fajitas you won’t be disappointed. service is always great, friendly and quick. I moved to blair a few months ago, is now my go to place.

Although we got good service and the restaurant was clean, the food was certainly not like any Mexican food I’m used to. Tomato based sauces were sweet to the point of being sugary. One combination meal was so soggy that the tostada couldn’t be picked up. I’ve also never had broccoli added to any Mexican dish I’ve had. A spinach topping that was basically frozen spinach cooked in butter didn’t go over well either. Overall it just seemed like the plates we were served were experiments gone bad. Of the four meals we were served, only one was actually finished and it wasn’t that great.

Great authentic food, nice addition to Blair. I have been here a few times already and im now hooked. They have great lunch specials that are less than $ 7, thats including chips and salsa and even a complementary desert! So less that $ 10 with tip you can have a great meal with some of the friendliest service in Blair (which is rare)
