We are local and have been going here for quite some time. Recent renovations are super nice. Now one of the best beer selections in the area. Decent salads. Huge burgers. Great French Onion. A tad pricey for the area, but nothing to complain about. A safe choice.

Great food, phenomenal service, and most importantly extremely clean! Best restaurant in the area by far.

Friendly wait staff, food was good and prices were average. Would come again if I’m ever in the area

I just moved to this area from the NYC area. Blairstown Inn isn’t bad for a local pub type restaurant. There aren’t many options in this quiet town, unless you want to drive far. It seems as though the whole area shuts down at dusk. lol.

The food is just ok for me. I live local so it’s easy to head out and grab a burger or a sandwich after work. It’s not to die for but you won’t doe eating it. I do like the atmosphere for watching games or sittin at the bar.

Don’t go, horrible… waited there for 10 minutes before we took it upon ourselves to sit. and 10 minutes later, no one came by and we were hungry so we left…

I was here the other day for lunch. I had a fantastic burger and they had Guinness on tap. Bar tender was great. I did stick to the basics so i am not sure how they do with much more than that, i know when its crowded the service is slow but thats it, great wings too and they have specials all week. Very local but i know people who have to stop in if they are passing thru, its ritualistic with them. I will be going back

Wow, shocked to see how low the reviews are. Any time I’m in Blairstown I have to come here Wednesday night for their delicious fish and chips special. Awesome fish, generous fries and a pint of any draft beer you like(huge selection) for $ 12.95. Service was friendly, attentive and overall spectacular. It’s a bar. With bar food. Don’t come here expecting five star dining and you’ll have a great meal!

Nothing special. Didn’t feel comfortable in there for whatever reason. Has a pub/inn sort of atmosphere which I usually love but it also felt kind of diner-like. Almost like it doesn’t know what it wants to be. Food isn’t awful but isn’t something to shout about either. Could be a lot better.

We ate here back to back evenings for dinner in October while spending a weekend at a local YMCA camp. The goal was to enjoy a better meal than what the camp would be serving, but I’m not really sure that goal was achieved. The food here is pretty awful. Burgers are way overcooked and pressed to death on the grill of all their juices. The chicken entrees with pasta were dredged in watery, bland sauces. And the salads were made with ingredients that didn’t appear to be all that fresh. We really didn’t come here with high expectations. We mostly chose the Blairstown Inn because we had 6 adults and 8 kids in tow, wanted to catch the Yankees playoff game, and have a few beers with dinner. But considering how few restaurants are left in the area, these guys could try to kick things up a notch or two. It’s not that hard to turn out decent pub grub.

awful. I ordered a chicken cheese steak off of the lunch menu. It was just some grilled chicken breast with cheese melted in the center of a sub roll. To my unpleasant surprise there was quite a bit of cartilage in the chicken also. After about half of the sandwich i could not tolerate it anymore. No onions or peppers on a cheesesteak? I get better at the student center at my community college. I ordered water and it was from the tap and tasted like chlorine. Only redeeming quality was the french fries.
