Sophia’s Nails

Sophias (which is now called Happy Nails) has been through 4 owners that I know of and each one has made «their» business successful. I disagree with the previous review about the new owner. Ester worked under the previous owner and had a very successful following of her own and then took over as owner. She kept some of the original staff so there was really no learning curve. Ester is very good at what she does and is also a very sweet and kind person. She has kept her costs level with no increases. All of my friends and neighbors still go and I have referred 4 in the last 3 months who have now become regulars. She runs an efficient, clean and well staffed establishment and I would recommend her highly.

Sophia’s original was best when she brought it from Stanhope. I originally went to her when she worked over there. She was great– built up her bus in b-​town and was able to stay at home. Then it changed hands. It was fine until recently when the newest one took over in Jan? I stopped going as well as a couple of friends, It just wasn’t warm there any more and we didn’t care for her personality.
