Best Western Milton Inn Motel

I recently stayed here with my husband and two children. We were very disappointed in the customer service as well as the accommodation. My husband booked the room online. Once we arrived the front desk staff checked us in like normal, however once we got to our room it was all down here from there. We were given a smoking rooms after specifically requesting a non smoking room. When my husband called the front desk to request a change we were told «no changes» and that was all. My husband even explained to them that one of our daughters has asthma and still we were told «no changes». We tried to make the best of it since we were all so tired. The beds had cigarette burns all over the bedding. The bathroom was not cleaned and their was a used toilet paper roll out. We would not stay here again, nor would be refer it to anyone either.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! No need to say anything else. We were repulsed, got our money back after being there an hour, and left our bags as to not risk infesting our home. Gross!!!

Abrupt receptionist on 9÷19÷14 at 3:30 PM. Okay so strike 1. Next the room is clean enough yet it smells musty and like smoke. No smoking room? Strike 2 Exterior doors are slammed by guests all over the hotel! Strike 3. Simple bumper pads would remedy that issue. Rooms are facing Next door to Zaxby’s drive thru. Loud cars and noise. Strike 4. And our neighbors partied way into the night waking us over and over. Next time I will simply call the local police and complain of disturbing the peace and Report there may be illegal activity in the loud blaring truck belonging to the guests next door. Strike 5. Why don’t I complain to management? I read all the reviews and know they won’t do anything, so I will make a complaint that thus hotel falls way below the minimum standard of the chain.

Don’t know what these people are talking about. Nice clean room, bed, and shower. And nice breakfast with waffle maker. 80 dollars a night and the staff was nice. Just a little more than I wanted to pay

Bathtub not clean, mold in it. bed sunk down more than an old swayback mule. Host cares nothing about the customers and the breakfast sucks. If you have a choice, please go elsewhere.

Had to stay here once, don’t think I’ll do it again.
We went on a busy weekend it was one of the only places that was cheaper with the elevated prices and one of the only places that had a room.
Wasn’t very clean, smelled musty and I just was not satisfied, but I needed a place to sleep and shower so it did its job but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
