It’s unfortunate that this family owned company realizes that they have a monopoly in the region and treat their customers unfair. We had them replace our pool. We paid them to install it, figuring it would be done right compared to if we did it ourselves. Wrong. The contractor told us, «I install pools as if they are in my backyard, I won’t cheat or mess up.» I suppose having the pool lean to one side and support columns being crooked looks fine to him. We called Debnar’s and the contractor to express our disappointment. No response. They know people want to support local businesses compared to using Pool City or another major company, yet they won’t give their customers their money’s worth.
