Always great breakfast at The Griddle! Great biscuits. Great gravy. Awesome grits. Come and get your breakfast feed on – even at lunchtime!

We wanted a good breakfast so we go to Griddle.
Start with two black coffee & cream, fallow with Big Country (3 Eggs, big piece country ham & hashbrown + biscuit) I had Classic Omelet (3 eggs Omelet with tomato, onions, pepper, side of hashbrown + biscuit) To share we had 1 Pecan Pancake with warm syrup.

Great place. Great food for what you pay for. We came with a group of 20 and they handled us perfectly. Very attentive, a pleasure to work, and always swinging around for coffee refills. Pancakes are awesome! Definitely a spot to trust for a great breakfast experience.

Just plain good diner type fair w huge portions and great prices. A wonderful mix of people make up the clientele and the staff is more than friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to get back to Blairsville to try out the lunch offerings.

Exactly what we wanted! Delicious breakfast for a steal. Solid food with just enough variety on the menu. Crazy nice servers with really quick service.
I got a steak, egg and cheese sandwich on a biscuit, pecan waffle and home fries all the way. The biscuit was perfectly big and fluffy, as I expect all biscuits in random places in Georgia to be, and the meat was generous. It was sliced thin (I imagine this is the same steak they use for their cheesesteaks.) Pecan waffle was full of pecans and really dense. Home fries were awesome! The perfect combination of crispy outside/​soft inside and covered with cheese and bell peppers. I was sad when they were gone.
My boyfriend got a similar meal: sausage/​egg/​cheese sandwich on a croissant, pecan pancake and hashbrowns all the way. He loved his food as well. We got all that plus two drinks for around $ 30.
Service and atmosphere were excellent. Everyone was so smiley, and not in a weird way. The décor is also very diner-​y and cute. Definitely seems like a family-​oriented place. Will definitely come back if we’re in Blairsville again!

Wonderful Service, great food, great atmosphere. Just wish they would warn you about how large their pancakes were. The have a three pancake plate. I was only able to eat one, my husband had one of mine and one was left. Overall a great experience and would most definitely return on our next trip to the Georgia Moutains.

Very Good breakfast experience, really nice owners (Mother & Son), friendly clean restaurant with nice menu selections. Enjoyed our food and was treated really well by the welcoming staff. Prices are fair for the good quality and generous portions. We will be back!

Under new ownership, this place is excellent. Menu and style stayed the same but what makes this place a five star is the service. Felt really welcomed. The folks were all smiles. Thanks for a great experience
