Just finished have lunch during the Lavender Festival. It was very obvious that the pizza crust comes from a box, their pizza sauce from a can and their ceaser dressing from a bottle. Our first ceaser salad came soaked with enough dressing for two salads so we sent it back. Pizza tray came cold and the pizza came only somewhat hot and only after an extremely long, very uncomfortable non-airconditioned wait. If you are a lover of pizza, don’t come here!

Wonderful little gem on the main square in Blanco. The food is great and the service was good. The garlic knots are to die for and are super inexpensive for the large amount you receive. Not a «fast» place to eat… Get there early as they sometimes run out of the best dishes. Highly recommend.

Got sat in front of the kitchen service window, where the kitchen staff is staring at you while you eat. They were using fowl language and the wait staff stops and has conversations with them. It’s literally 4 ft from the table. Food was decent, we kept getting apologized to for some reason.

Just left the restaurant, my first visit, and I am very impressed. The personnel are very pleasant, helpful and efficient. On top of the service, the food is very good and in ample proportions. The overall environment is casual and comfortable, augmented by the friendly staff. A great place for a casual family outing! I was there with two of my grandkids for this visit. We’ll be back with the whole family.

Great ambience(we sat in back room) and excellent service by our Server who was very busy and efficient. We had dinner salads– very tasty and calamari with great marinara. Chicken Alfredo was delicious and baked ziti was very good. Large portions suggest share or ask for take home. I will definitely come back!

We were on our way back from the Wild Animal Zoo in Johnson City and found this place on Unilocal. From the moment we walked in we had great service, beautiful atmosphere, super quiet but perfect music, and really good food!

The atmosphere sets the mood with Sinatra in the background and a contemporary yet casual surrounding was perfect. The Caesar salad was stellar and the pizza was first class and the service was top notch !! If in Blanco you must stop in.

DELICIOUSFOOD, extensive wine list, HUGEPORTIONS, friendly service and EXCELLENTDECOR. We were glad to see this lovely restaurant in a historic building on the courthouse square in downtown Blanco. I had the meatball sandwich, which was big enough to split with another adult. Meatballs were dense without being tough, well seasoned with salt, fennel, oregano, and a hint of red pepper. They came dressed with melted provolone cheese in an appropriate amount of house-made marinara: the sandwich was moist, and not drowning in red sauce. The sandwich bread is freshly baked here, and was DELICIOUS. In all, the sandwich was so well balanced that no one ingredient dominated, and all combined into a delicious sandwich. Our party also ordered chicken Alfredo, which also had a well balanced savoury cream sauce not overwhelmingly garlicky. This chef knows how to cook with restraint, letting the flavours of the ingredients shine through. Lasagna was mixed layers of seasoned beef and seasoned ricotta, again not drowning in marinara, with pasta noodles that were toothsome and not mushy. BRPC features an extensive and rotating wine list. Blackboards in the dining rooms helpfully suggest wine and beer pairings with the dishes. We will eat here again when in Blanco.

Today we tried the new pizza place in town. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and picked it up. The pizza was pretty good, and definitely better than CJs, which is the only other option in town. The pizza had a thinner crust and was less greasy than CJs. The cheese was yummy. It’s light but filling after a couple slices. I docked a star because it seems like it could be pricey(we got a medium for $ 15, but a large starts at $ 16 and costs $ 2/per extra topping). Also since we picked it up, the service was kind of awkward. The two people on shift didn’t seem enthusiastic or approachable. I wanted to see a menu but didn’t ask because I didn’t feel super welcomed, but next time I go I’ll ask anyways. It appeared as though they had other menu options than pizza, and I’d be curious to see if they had buffalo chicken pizza or wings in general.

Had the carnivore pizza, awesome! Crust was perfect, cheese was high quality. Three hungry grown men were full with one large pizza. Garlic knots were the best I’ve had, these guys are doing it right!
