I got a nice cut, she did what I wanted but on top of spending a small fortune because she insisted on a protein pack because my hair was«so damaged» she insulted my color for the entire hour I was there, making jokes about it to her colleagues and had all customers around me listening in totally intrigued on my terrible hair conditions. I am a mother of two small kids I don’t get a lot of time to be beautiful everyday and when I get to have my haircut it’s supposed to be an uplifting experience not something that makes me feel like the ugliest person in the salon. It was so obvious she was doing it to up sell because of the laundry list of $ 400+ things to do to fix my hair. I have always known them to do a good job but I don’t think it was worth the emotional beating she put me threw. I can get the same cut minus the bs from a smaller salon that appreciates my business!

If I knew how to give LORDS and LADIES(Blandon) zero stars I would. I had a Brazilian wax from HELL. It was the WORST Brazilian wax of my life. From an esthetician who CLAIMED to have 16 years experience, she had NOIDEA how to wax a vagina. I have had Brazilian waxes before and this was by far the most horrendous experience. This might be too much information, but I feel the need to save other women’s vaginas before they become mutilated. My vagina was swollen, irritated, and bled the first day post Brazilian. Second day post Brazilian my vagina has completely scabbed over. I’ve been using Motrin, aloe, and cool cloths to ease the pain. For any women out there considering a Brazilian at lords and ladies, please beware. I will never be the same after this experience. I wish I could SUE for these damages. I wasted $ 70 on this service. Hopefully in time I will heal.

Beautiful salon, BUT… I think I recently received the worst highlights and hair cut there! My appointment was only a little over a week ago, and I immediately noticed that my hair cut seemed to be completely un-even.with all kinds of choppy, un-even layers. I am a natural blonde and I get highlights. my color is un-even as well, and I feel like my roots look just as dark and grown-in as they were when I arrived there. I certainly will not be making a trip here again!

I have a photo of my son’s haircut from Lords and I can’t believe they actually charged my wife. I’ve taken my son to some hacks because it’s not that hard to cut an eleven year old’s hair having done it myself, but this haircut takes the cake. I honestly think the«stylists» are hitting the sauce during their breaks. The only person I’m more disappointed in for this haircut than the stylist is my own wife for having walked out without a fix. I don’t know, maybe they masked this mess with mousse or perhaps there was a gas leak that made everyone light headed. Whatever the reason, stay clear of this place if you have a son in need of a haircut!

Just had an updo with Megan on Saturday for a wedding. Being my first time in the salon, and not having great updo experiences in the past, she was awesome to work with. Showed her one pic of an idea, warned her of my hairs’ inability to hold a style. She figured it all right out and got my hair done quickly. I was pleased and Got many complements on the style…

I recently got a haircut at lords and ladies, which looked ok when finished in the salon. When I got home, I noticed it was not symmetrical, and it had more than a few errors. While the salon is beautiful, a beautiful salon cannot make up for a lackluster haircut. Never again.

«The night crackled… everything had turned to static electricity in the heat. I combed my hair to watch the sparks fly from the ends.» ~ Janet Fitch in White Oleander. I recently experienced what my friend called, a ‘wretched mess’ with a defective Aveda color followed by an exacerbating repair which soon required another repair. The entire ordeal was splitting to my hair, tarnishing to my guise and stiff on my wallet. I called to schedule an appointment here and soon realized that I would be waiting 2 – 3 weeks to see one of their top color stylists, Amanda. Agony, I thought as I hesitated and my subconscious vanity set in. My voice of reason soon reminded me that the best stylists are busy and surely, the wait would be worth it. Everything about my experience here was exceptional. Hats-off and my sincere appreciation to Amanda for her astute listening skills(and empathy), professionalism and expertise. Having never met me and with no idea of my natural hair color; she got it right the first time. I have always admired those who truly love and thrive in their line of work, she’s one of them. Lords & Ladies makes a real commitment to their employees’ continuing education by sending them to trainings and clinics(throughout Europe) on how to master their craft. It has clearly paid off. Their prices are pretty fair too. No additional damage to my hair and no catty mean-spirited salon competition blather. The icing on the cake: they use Eufora products. Beauty without compromise, as they say and just the smell of their shampoo makes me very happy. peace.love.hair

Love my stylist Tricia. Been going to her for a while and I tend to bounce around a lot with stylist, but she really listens and I love that we experiment with hair color. The salon is beautiful, the staff is friendly and it is very clean.
