Worst senior company ever!!! My grandfather has this company, if you want your loved ones to be taken advantage of… Then this is the company for you.
The lady we have now, plus all the other ones in the past are lazy, and have no integrity. They are paid to come over for a 4 hour shift, just today heather came at 830am, and is already gone by 915am. My grandfather says she only gets paid 8 $ an hour. Isn’t that her choice!?! And why is she sharing with him how much she gets paid?!?
Last week she took him to a doctors appointment and since the poor thing had to actually work for 3 hours, she just dropped him off outside and left. He is 91 and uses a walker, it’s a good thing I was there because he got stuck and needed help getting up the steps.
In short if you don’t care about your loved one, and prefer they die sooner then this is the company for you.
