Nature’s Touch Flowers

I am loathe to post a negative review because I realize how it can affect a business. I’m always hoping that my poor experience was an exception, and I’d like to give them a chance to respond, but in this case I feel compelled. I received a plant from an out-​of-​town friend as a gift. It arrived in poor condition, but I hoped that it might perk up after it was unwrapped, however it died completely within days. My friend contacted her florist with whom she’d placed the original order, and they contacted Nature’s Touch. I was told to expect to hear from NT. I waited a week, and when I hadn’t heard anything I contacted NT directly via email. The owner offered a make good. I called to make arrangements and left a message with an employee, but again, after a week, heard nothing. I sent another email, and again, radio silence. I cannot recommend a vendor who sends out sub-​par goods and is unresponsive to their customers.

Such a wonderful place for flowers! I’ve been here numerous times and have received friendly service and great arrangements. It also has a great fun feel to the shop, especially Christmas time. I would highly recommend if you are looking for quality arrangements… They carry some unique flowers, which you cannot get elsewhere. Love this place!
